Policies and Procedures
Anything over $40 ships for free, and everything else ships at a flat rate of $4.00. We process all orders in 1-3 days. Packages are shipped USPS and take an estimated 3-5 days shipping time. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
All Canadian orders ship at a flat rate of $15.00. We process all orders in 1-3 days. Packages are shipped USPS and take an estimated 6-12 days shipping time. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
All Mexican orders ship at a flat rate of $18.00. We process all orders in 1-3 days. Packages are shipped USPS and take an estimated 6-12 days shipping time. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your jewelry is defective or breaks within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund or replace the item. Please reach out to email@example.com. with your order number and a photo of the broken/defective item. You must email us within 30 days of the purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
An order may be cancelled if we have not started processing the order yet. To cancel the item reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
You may change an order address if we have not shipped the order yet. To change the address on an order, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and updated address.
Although I take great care when creating every item to unsure that they remain strong and durable, McAdams Design Co. jewelry is not intended for children under the age of six years old. The small parts of our jewelry can pose a choking hazard. If purchasing our jewelry for children, they should always be supervised while wearing.
McAdams Design Co. jewelry is only made with high quality lead and nickel free findings to ensure safety for all skin types. Jewelry should be removed when playing sports, sleeping, showering, swimming, etc.
By purchasing from McAdams Design Company, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms set forth. McAdams Design Company assumes no liability for product injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse.
All McAdams Design Co. pieces are handmade with love. Due to this, there will be slight variations between patterns, colors, and sets. I try my best and make sure they are as close to perfection as possible - you won’t be disappointed!
